Melissa is the co-owner of Absolute Travel Inc., working alongside her mother to help clients plan unforgettable vacations. With over 17 years in the travel industry, she brings expert guidance, personal care, and a true passion for creating stress-free travel experiences.
A proud mom of two and Disney enthusiast, Melissa lights up when planning magical park visits. She also specializes in all-inclusive getaways, honeymoons and destination weddings and loves helping travelers stretch their vacation budgets without missing a moment of fun.
Monica Neal
Monica is the co-owner of Absolute Travel Inc. and the proud matriarch of this family-run business. As a seasoned travel advisor, Monica brings decades of experience, warmth, and dedication to every trip she helps plan.
Her passion lies in European adventures/ River cruises and coordinating memorable group travel experiences. Whether it’s a multi-country itinerary or a special group getaway, Monica loves making the details come together seamlessly. She’s also a proud grandmother who believes that travel brings families closer—just like it has for hers.
Stephanie Day
Eleven years ago, Stephanie began a new adventure by partnering with Absolute Travel in Hampstead to help her wedding planning clients book unforgettable honeymoons. What started as a thoughtful extension of her wedding services has blossomed into a thriving travel planning career.
Today, Stephanie specializes in honeymoons, family vacations, milestone celebrations, and romantic getaways around the world. Her true passion lies in planning destination weddings—combining her love of travel with all things romantic to help couples celebrate in unforgettable ways.

Dawn is the cruise specialist who has worked for Absolute Travel since it opened in 2000! She has planned numerous cruises from river boats such as American Cruise Lines to the larger cruise companies like Royal Caribbean/ Carnival Cruise. She knows the ins and out of cruising and is extremely knowledgeable.
